<span style="background-color: white;">YAPILIŞI:su,sıvıyağ,tuz,un ve sirke ile hamuru yoğuruyoruz ikiye bölüyoruz 1 paket margarinide ikiye bölüyoruz, hamurları merdaneyle açıp yağın yarısını bir hamura diğer yarısını öbür hamura sürüp hamurları bohça gibi katlıyoruz, üzerini örtüp bu şekilde 1 gece dolapta bekletiyoruz, ertesi sabah hamurları 1 tur daha açıp,katlayıp bir süre daha dolapta bekletiyoruz.Bu arada içini hazırlıyoruz 1 demet pırasayı ince ince doğrayıp yıkıyoruz hafif sulu bir şekilde tencereye koyup üzerine sıvıyağ gezdiriyoruz tuzunuda koyup 15-20 dk kadar kavuruyoruz daha sonra salçasını,karabiberini koyup birkaç dakika sonra altını kapatıp soğumaya bırakıyoruz.Dolaptaki hamuru çıkarıyoruz yağlanmış fırın tepsisine hamurun 1 tanesini merdaneyle açıp yerleştiriyoruz araya iç malzemeyi koyuyoruz diğer hamuruda açıp üstüne yerleştiriyoruz kenarlarını kıvırıyoruz üzerine biraz sıvıyağ gezdirip böreği dilimliyoruz 200 derecede ısıtılmış fırında kızarana kadar pişiriyoruz.AFİYET OLSUN...gerçekten arnavut böreğini aratmıyor yufka açamayanlar için çok kolay bir börek.</span></div>

Yumusak margarinle sekeri iyice birbirine yedirip diger malzemeleri ekliyoruz cok fazla yogurmadan ele yapismayan bir hamur elde ediyoruz , hamurdan yumruk kadar bir parca ayirip dolaba kaldiriyoruz kalan kismi yagladigimiz yuvarlak borcama esit kalinlikta yayiyoruz.<br />
Elmalari rendeleyip suyunu sıktıktan sonra tarcin ve şekeri ekleyip hamurun uzerine yayiyoruz.<br />
Ayirdigimiz hamuru ister uzerine rendeleyebilirsiniz, isterseniz acip seritler kesip kafes yapabilirsiniz.<br />
